Today's special post focuses on the wonder food that is
couscous.
Besides its rocking name, couscous is one of the simplest foods you can possibly make. It's a great staple food and is common in Morocco, Libya, and many other countries.
However, perhaps some of my newbie chefs are intimidated by couscous' name. Like
quinoa (which, by the way, is also delicious and super easy to cook), beginner cooks might be hesitant to make something they can barely spell, let alone pronounce.
