Why: Fruit smoothies are simple, healthy, and fast. They're the perfect way to wake up in the morning or to tide you over until your next meal.
Mess-ups and Missteps: My only mistake was that I ended up needing to add more orange juice as I went along. More fruit means that this smoothie is a lot thicker, so the orange juice serves two purposes: it helps the smoothie actually be drinkable, and it also gives your blender's motor a break.
Enjoy!
